Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). Tracvirus Safe Travel Services are provided by NEXGRAM BIOMEDIC SDN BHD(Company No.: 1055575-H), having its business address at SO28-01, Menara 1, KL Eco City, No. 3, Jalan Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur. (hereinafter referred to as “Tracvirus Safe Travel”)

 

All services provided by Tracvirus Safe Travel herein are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. About Tracvirus

TracVirus is an application developed by Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd for users to register covid-19 tests and display the test results. It allows you to register Covid-19 test for individual or group and to record and display e-Certificates and Lab Reports provided by government appointed labs in Malaysia.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) described how TracVirus, services by Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies and jointly controlled entities (collectively, “subsidiaries”) (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, process, share and disclose information about you when you visit and interact on our website (mobile and desktop) and/or mobile app (collectively, “Site”) or other means connected to the Sites.

This Policy applies to everyone (collectively “you”, “your” or “yours”).

Tracvirus Safe Travel Pass collects data with the consent of the user and is done voluntarily through, but not limited to, registration process, adding dependent information, answering health assessments, using QR code scan and contacting app support via email or technical support form.

We collect Personal Data about you in the ways listed below. We may also combine the collected Personal Data with other Personal Data in our possession:

  1. We collect information about you that you voluntarily provide to us when using the website and mobile app, such as your name, address, phone number, government-issued identification number, payment details, medical inquiries and information, and e-mail address.
  2. By visiting our website and/or mobile app, we may also automatically collect certain usage information, such as your IP address, geographic data, country, search preferences related to specific searches, browser, and information about your device’s operating system, application version, language settings, and pages that have been shown to you. If you are using a mobile device to access our mobile app or mobile optimized website, we might also collect information that identifies your mobile device, such as the device ID, location of the device (with your consent), and device-specific settings and characteristics.
  3. We collect information if you need to get in touch with our customer support team or reach out to us through other means (such as through social media).

  5. Allow you to participate in interactive features of the website and mobile app, when you choose to do so
  6. Investigate and address concerns raised by you in relation to Tracvirus and Tracvirus Safe TravelServices;
  7. Customise our products and services to you, including by responding to and catering for your customer preferences
  8. Create aggregated and anonymised reporting data for statistics gathering by the National Security Council, Government of Malaysia for purposes of fighting and mitigating the wide spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
  9. Optimise and enhance the website or any website or platform operated by the , tailor and enhance the user experience, and for internal operations;
  10. Monitoring, processing and/or tracking your use of the website and mobile app in order to provide you with a seamless experience;
  11. Monitor and record calls or communication in whatever form for quality, training, legal compliance, analysis and other related purposes in order to pursue our legitimate interests and to improve service delivery;

Conduct anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and countering of terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”), and identity verification and authentication KYC checks as required by the applicable laws and regulations. You expressly authorise and consent the to share your information with the Government of Malaysia when applicable.
  13. Keep the website and mobile app safe and secure;
  14. Monitor the usage of the website and mobile app, and conduct automated and manual security checks of our service
  15. Exercising a right or obligation conferred or imposed by law, including responding to request and legal demands;
  16. Your personal information might be shared with enforcement authorities for follow-up and resolution if requested by government authorities in the fight against the Covid-19 Pandemic.
  17. The Personal Data collected will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, unless required in order to comply with any legal obligation by the local authorities.
  18. No Personal Data collected by this App will be disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.

In connection with the Purposes described above, your Personal Data may be transferred from your home country and/or stored in locations inside Malaysia. We provide appropriate protections of data transfer as required by Malaysia law in accordance to the National Security Council of the Government of Malaysia.
